'EXPANDED' Goals for 2020 - Expansion Update

With BIG ideas, comes a bigger space to apply them. At Premier Labellers we have roughly doubled our working space in our Workshop and Contract Packing department. With all this new space we are able to produce more machinery at a larger scale, increase productivity levels throughout and become more organised.

Engineering Workshop

From approximately 2500 square feet, our workshop has been expanded to a huge 6500 square feet of production space. This includes a new stores facility to hold an array of spare parts for our customers to achieve guaranteed support and optimised productivity. A new electrical bay and a welding bay dedicated to developing high quality components to our machines. With the larger space, our engineers are able to dedicate focus to each part of the manufacturing process. Maintaining quality and precision.

Contract Packing Floor

We have also extended our Contract Packing area that consists of an area to conduct contract packing production, our spacious warehouse, a new filling room and a new label storage area. These compiling a total of 15000 square ft, opening up over 6000 square ft of additional floor space for new automated lines. Already we have added a number of additional equipment to make our Contract Packing division even more versatile and a highly efficient service.
