Product Summary

The P250 is our flagship bottle labelling system that has been developed over 30 years and stems from our first ever labelling machine: the Premier P400. The P250 is the most flexible machine in our portfolio that can apply front, back, and linear wraparound and three-roller wraparound all on one customised system, to almost any rigid container. With it's incredible versatility and simple product changeover procedure, the P250 has been installed in many contract packing facilities, across vasiours industries all over the world. It is perfectly suited to beauty, cosmetics, healthcare, personal care, hygeine, and vitamins products. The P250 is capable of applying within a ±0.5mm tolerance by measuring each individual bottle and label that runs on the machine, and compensating for minor fluctuations in label and bottle manufacturing tolerances; this is our patented Label Centralisation Technology. The P250 can be installed on any production line, from miniature jam pot lines running at 600 products per minute on a front and back application, to a cosmetics line running a three-roller wraparound application at 40 products per minute; it really is our most flexible system and suited to anything. The P250 is similar to our pharmaceutical X250 labelling machine, but we have removed all the pharmaceutical specific naunces to reduce the cost on generic applications.

As the P250 is very customisable, we have been able to develop modular components to fit most containers with easy switchover capabilities.
