The Premier P500 tube labelling machine is designed to apply oriented, non-oriented, partial-wrap, and full-wrap labels; to a wide variety of empty flexible tubes.

Featuring high-speed sensors and a multi-position indexing turret with tooled quick release roller mandrels, the P500 is the ideal tube labelling solution for contract packers who require fast changeover times.

The P500 can be specified to include sensors that can detect markings or existing graphics on the empty tube, and apply labels in orientation to those points.

An integral tube feed hopper and air discharge chute give the P500 the flexibility to be installed in any part of the production facility, and can be controlled by a single operator.
