Premier three-roller wrap labelling systems have been a landmark design for labelling a range of cylindrical products within the contract packing and cosmetic industries. Over the last 25 years, Premier has improved and re-designed the three roller wrap system to ensure correct vertical positioning, high-quality application and fast output. The three-roller wrap system gives the opportunity to apply the label registered rotationally to an existing feature of the product container, for example, a seam or a pre-existing artwork already present on the product.

Three Roller Wrap Application

The three-point contact is designed to eliminate label creasing/bubbling that is caused by inconsistencies in glass product.

Capable of applying a single full wrap label or two labels in orientation to each other around the circumference of the product using our innovative three-roller system.

Round only Containers - Anything from 10mm diameter to 150mm.

Almost any type of round container in glass or plastic can be labelled accurately with our three-roller system, with extreme precision at speeds of up to 60 products per min.

For precise wraparound labelling at even higher speeds, a dual-lane version of the Three-Roller Wrap system is available, that can achieve speeds of up to 120 products per minute.

The machine can also incorporate an additional overhead applicator with a blow-down mechanism, and a camera system for highly accurate tamper-evident labelling.
