Label Applicators
We supply a full range of semi and fully automatic label applicators to suit most applications. Our P10 label dispenserP20 semi-auto applicatorand P50 overhead applicator are ideal for the small volume promotional runs or test labs and kitchens. Our P100 range of applicators provide a cost effective and versatile solution for those companies that require extremely versatile and reliable labelling systems and includes our P100 top/base labeller and P100 + 800 conveyor.
Front, Back & Wraparound Labelling
Our range of front, back and wraparound systems are designed to provide the highest reliability and performance for today's modern manufacturing plant. Our P100 miniwrap and P120 miniwrap are easy to operate and ideal for wraparound applications upto 100/min. Our new P130, P150and P250 in-line labelling systems are designed for higher outputs and incorporate a wide range of features for all industries including our revolutionary Label Centralisation Technology.
Pharmaceutical Labelling
Designed and built to GAMP 5 standards our growing range of pharmaceutical labelling systems are suitable for a wide range of applications. Our P105 carton labelling system can apply vignette or tamper evident labels at speeds upto 300/min. Our P120 handles all types of wraparound applications and our P150, P200 and P250 are ideal solutions to vial, syrigne and carton labelling at high speed. All pharmaceutical systems can be supplied with full IQ/OQ validation documentation.
C-Wrap & Food Labelling
From meat and fish packs to pizza sleeves our P100-C-wrap is the ideal solution for all 3-panel wrap food labelling applications which can also be supplied as part of a weigh-price labelling system. Our P100-S is specifically designed to handle sausage and pate products. All manner of other food products from fresh herbs to ready made curry sauces are easily handled by our food quality top, base, front, back and wraparound systems above.
Tube & Carton Labelling
Our P500 tube labeller has been developed to provide a cost effective solution to labelling flexible plastic and metal tubes and our P105 is capable of applying tamper evident and vignette labels to the top of cartons at upto 300/min.
Shrinksleeve Labelling
A new addition to our product range is the P2000 sleever designed to cope with the increased demand in shrink sleeve labelling in recent years. A fully flexible system that can apply full and part body labels as well as tamper evident cap seals.
