Weigh Price Labelling New Era

A new weigh price labelling system developed by Premier Labellers for Espera offers significant throughput improvements to C-wrap weigh price applications.

C-wrap is a packaging format which allows a label to be placed around three sides of a product, the upper surface typically containing customer information whilst the lower surface would hold the barcode data.

The P100 C-Wrap machine has been designed to suit most C label applications, enabling flexible code positioning which gives the customer more flexibility with ever changing label formats. The system comprises an Espera weigh scale and Premier label applicator, fitted with an ICE Zodiac Plus overprinter.

The applicator has been developed by Premier Labellers specifically for the project, a powered unwind system means high label transport speeds and accuracy are possible.
