The Premier P100 C-Wrap has been designed at the request of the meat packing industry to enable multi-pack stacking and eye level shopping to encourage easy label reading.
The P100 C-Wrap will label top, three panel and full wrap packs and at at speed of upto 60 packs per minute using either fixed or catch weight systems.
The applicator features quick realease fittings to enable the label reel to be quickly and easily re-loaded to ensure minimum production down time.
The conveyor features easy to adjust product guides and quick change food quality transpport belts. An optional integrated pack turner is also available with this unit.
Three panel, full wrap and top label packs can be easily accomodated by the C-Wrap including chicken, beef, pork in a variety of pack types and sizes. The C-Wrap can be used as a stand alone machine or fully integrated into your production line.
