The Premier P500 is designed to apply oriented, non-oriented, partial-wrap, and full-wrap labels to a wide variety of empty flexible tubes.
Featuring an event-driven, PLC controlled system; a non-contact, high-speed sensor and a multi-position indexing turret with tooled roller mandrels.
Labels can be oriented to existing graphics or applied completely around the product. Multiple tube shapes and designs can be accommodated with product changeovers are quick and easy.
Integral tube feed hopper and air discharge chute give the P500 the flexibility to be installed in any part of the production facility and be controlled by a single operator.
