P500 - Tube Labelling

The Premier P500 offers brand owners the design freedom to create
a high quality product appearance at a lower cost by applying
self adhesive labels to non-printed metal or plastic tubes.

The Premier P500 tube labelling machine is designed to apply oriented, non-oriented, partial-wrap, and full-wrap labels to a wide variety of empty flexible tubes. Featuring an event-driven Siemens S7 PLC control system; high-speed sensors and a multi-position indexing turret with tooled quick release roller mandrels.

Labels can be oriented to existing graphics or applied completely
around the product. Multiple tube shapes and designs can be accommodated with quick and easy product changeovers.

An integral tube feed hopper and air discharge chute give the P500
the flexibility to be installed in any part of the production facility
and be controlled by a single operator.
