The Premier 120 “miniwrap” has been designed to provide a cost effective solution to medium and high speed pharmaceutical wraparound label applications.

Rigidly constructed from stainless steel and aluminium the P120 is supplied complete with integral 1.5m conveyor making it ideal for those customers with space restrictions.

The user friendly adjustment on the labelling head ensure that the label is applied precisely onto the container. The twin air controlled nip rollers and stepper motor enable consistent and accurate label positioning at speed.

Our Siemens enhanced control system incorporates a large touch screen user interface for set-up, operation and diagnostics. The unique, simple to operate software allows for quick change over of upto 500 different products and provides diagnostic data and clear fault conditions.

Almost any type of round container in glass or plastic can be labelled accurately with our minwrap system. Ideally suited to the food, pharmaceutical, healthcare, household and cosmetics industries.
The P120 miniwrap is also an ideal contract packers tool with its small footprint and rapid changeover capability.

Security Options

The Premier P120 can be supplied as part of a "track & trace" fully integrated "Total Integrity” system that will:-

* Detect and verify the presence of a label

* Read and verify 1D, 2D, Datamatrix, and other standard format barcode information.

* Detect and reject incorrect barcode/ missing label

* Verify all rejects

The system is also supplied with full IQ/OQ Validation documentation.
