TThe latest addition to the Premier range, the P105, has been designed to apply security, tamper evident and vignette labels to the top of cartons at speeds up to 300 per minute.

Utilising Premier’s existing accurate labelling head technology the P105 features an enhanced control system incorporating a touchscreen user interface for operation of all machine functions. The Siemens PLC and control software allows up to 500 different products to be recalled from the database for quick set-up times and minimum downtime between product changeovers.

A fully integrated inspection and validation system provides the user with a “total integrity” packaging solution. The system is capable of detecting and verifying the presence of a label and will also read and verify 1D, 2D, Datamatrix, and other standard format barcode information. In the event of an incorrect barcode or missing label, the machine’s reject system will reject those cartons. All rejects are verified as they are rejected off the production line. In the event of a reject not being verified, the machine will stop and an alarm will sound.. The entire system has full IQ/OQ validation documentation required as standard by all pharmaceutical companieshe Premier P150 is a fully automatic front and back, wraparound pharmaceutical labelling system capable of handling a wide range of containers and cartons with speed and accuracy.

The Premier P105 can be supplied as part of a "track & trace" fully integrated "Total Integrity” system that will:-

* Detect and verify the presence of a label

* Read and verify 1D, 2D, Datamatrix, and other standard format barcode information.

* Detect and reject incorrect barcode/ missing label

* Verify all rejects

The system is also supplied with full IQ/OQ Validation documentation.
