P100 miniwrap

The Premier 100 "miniwrap" has been designed to provide a highly
cost eff ective solution to effi ciently and accurately applying full or partwrap self-adhesive labels to round containers at speeds of upto 100 per minute.

Constructed from 304 grade Stainless Steel the P100 miniwrap features and integrated 1.5m or 2m long, 83mm or 150mm wide slat chain conveyor system powered by a variable speed drive.

The P100 labelling head is driven by powerful stepper motor technology guaranteeing the long life of your machine. Adjustment of the label head position is made with handwheels.

An optional pitching mechanism can be installed onto the infeed of
the machine for accurate and consistent spacing of containers. Labels
are wrapped around the container utilising our after-roll unit.

The machine incorporates simple controls for easy set-up of the machine. Simple dials on the front of the machine control the conveyor
and label web speed and label feed delay allow the machine to be
quickly set-up by any operator.

Almost any type of round container in glass or plastic can be labelled accurately with our minwrap system. Ideally suited to the food, pharmaceutical, healthcare, household and cosmetics industries. The P100 miniwrap is also an ideal contract packers tool with its small footprint and rapid changeover capability.
