P100 Top / Base Labelling
The Premier 100 top / base labelling machine has been designed to provide a highly cost eff ective solution to efficiently and accurately applying labels to the top and or base of all types of rigid and flexible products at speeds of upto 100 per minute.
Constructed from 304 grade Stainless Steel the P100 features
and integrated 1.2m long, 300mm or 400mm wide food quality belt
conveyor system powered by a variable speed drive.
The P100 labelling head is driven by powerful stepper motor technology guaranteeing the long life of your machine. Adjustment of the label head position is made with handwheels.
The labelling machine incorporates simple controls for easy set-up of the machine and for diagnostic functions. The system can store upto 500 different product set-ups for quick and easy changeovers.
The P100 can be supplied as part of a "Track & Trace" fully integrated "Total Integrity" system that will:-
- Detect and verify the presence of a label
- Read and verify 1D, 2D, Datamatrix and standard barcodes
- Detect and reject incorrect barcode/ pharmacode/missing label
- Verify all rejects
- Secure reject collection bin
The system is designed and built to GAMP 5 standard and can also supplied with full IQ/OQ Validation documentation should it be required.
All camera and code reading systems are integrated into the P120 and supplied as a complete package. Various thermal and hot foil transfer printers are also available as standard options.
