P100 Cylindrical Labelling System
The Premier 100 cylindrical labelling system has been designed to provide a highly cost effective solution to efficiently and accurately apply labels to syringes, sausages, pudding and pate type products at speeds of upto 100 per minute.
Constructed from 304 grade Stainless Steel the P100 features
and integrated 2m long roller
conveyor system powered by a variable speed drive.
The P100 labelling head is driven by powerful stepper motor technology guaranteeing the long life of your machine. Adjustment of the label head position is made with handwheels.
The machine incorporates simple controls for easy set-up of the machine and for diagnostic functions. The system can store upto 500 different product set-ups for quick and easy changeovers.
