P100 Applicator

For a portable, flexible label applicator head to consistently apply labels precisely it has to be engineered to be a rigid and stable structure. This engineering philosophy also guarantess the life of your P100 will be a long one.

The P100 applicator series features easy to use quick release fittings to enable the label reel to be quickly re-loaded to ensure minimum production down time. With its fully adjustable vertical, horizontal, universal or bench mount support stand it can be positioned in the most hard to get at and awkward positions. The P100 can also be incorporated into other packaging machines such as vertical FFS or most types of flow-wrapper with its motion control option.

The applicator is designed for labels up to a maximum of 125mm or 210mm in height and 200mm in length and with its nodding beak the P100 is able to apply labels in any plane onto most types of container.

The P100 can be supplied as part of a "Track & Trace" fully integrated "Total Integrity" system that will:-

- Detect and verify the presence of a label
- Read and verify 1D, 2D, Datamatrix and standard barcodes
- Detect and reject incorrect barcode/ pharmacode/missing label
- Verify all rejects
- Secure reject collection bin

The system is designed and built to GAMP 5 standard and can also supplied with full IQ/OQ Validation documentation should it be required.

All camera and code reading systems are integrated into the P120 and supplied as a complete package. Various thermal and hot foil transfer printers are also available as standard options.
